Webinar 2: Staying Sane Whilst Managing Home-Work Challenges

Join three female Australian Research Council Laureate Fellows to reflect on maintaining your productivity — and sanity — while juggling work and home demands during the pandemic.

There is evidence that women's research performance is being disproportionately negatively affected during COVID compared to men's. In part, this disturbing situation reflects the disparity in responsibilities for care and domestic duties for men and women that has long existed, but which appears to have been accentuated during COVID.

How do we, as women researchers, effectively manage the home-work interface? Beyond becoming superwomen, is there anything that we can do? What should our organisations be doing? How do we support other women?
